3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to process pilot applications, select the pilot farms and stay in contact with applicants. After 14 December 2026, the form can be used to join our interest list. We will inform people on the list about the availability of SheKnows Pearl.

4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

5. Data we collect
Name, farm name, email address, phone number, location, basic farm details (such as herd size and milking robot) and your free-text answers.

6. Disclosure of data
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Squarespace provides the technical platform for the website and form. If data is transferred outside the EU, the transfer is based on safeguards approved by the EU.

7. Retention period
Data of applicants who are not selected will be deleted within 12 months of the application deadline, unless the applicant has joined the interest list. Interest list data is kept until you withdraw your consent. Pilot farm data is kept for the duration of the pilot and any related agreement.

8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, and withdraw your consent. Send your request to veera.vuorento@sheknows.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman in Finland (tietosuoja.fi).
